Twitter is turning out to be a very valuable source of information as well as a really great place to make new friends and stalk, erm, I mean follow your favourite celebs!!
I am following a number of celebrities and being female am loving all the gossip lol. I am also following Stephen Fry (@stephenfry), and I left him a message a few weeks ago thanking him for the good work he did with the narration of the Transporters DVD. I checked my followers yesterday as it seemed to have dramatically increased and to my great delight saw that the man himself Mr Stephen Fry is following me too - w0w, I mean rally WOW - never in a million years would I have thought someone of his great status would be following little old me!! Not only that, I received a Direct Message off him saying he was touched that the Transporters DVD made such a huge difference and thanked me for letting him know!! Major shock and I still can't believe it!!
Anyway, I am also following someone called @AdventureFarm and I've found out about a great place for disabled kids across the North West England to go for day visits and also week long holidays via their schools. I have also just been informed that in 2010 they are going to start doing weekend breaks for families but you have to pay. So I am looking into that in greater detail when the new information is available. For information on the farm please click on the link at the top of this post (Children's Adventure Farm Trust) xXx
