Twinkle Twinkle

I am soooo very proud at the moment in time. Taylor decided yesterday to sing Twinkle Twinkle all the way through word perfect and very clear out of the blue. He made me cry!! If someone would have told me a few days back that he would have done that I'd have laughed at them. We took him to Nursery and went shopping then picked him up and on the way home he decided to sing it again and also sung the theme tune to a kids TV programme called Wonder Pets on Nick Jr. I didn't know what he was trying to sing as we don't get Nick Jr but mum recognised some of the words so she knew. He has been really good today and his speech is improving a lot lately. I can't wait for his Speech Therapy after Xmas and hopefully finally get him speaking properly all the time and not just when he feels like it. He has spent around 2hrs tonight playing with my wash basket and using it as a tent!! I finally got around to getting him his Thomas Tank Engine suitcase set and he loves it. He got all his Thomas trains, his Thomas blanket and all his other Thomas stuff and put them all into his suitcase then run around the house with it for best part of 20minutes before getting fed up and playing with his ball. I can't believe it's only 5 days until Xmas, I'm getting really excited now and can't wait to see the kids faces when they open their presents, especially Taylor as although he still doesn't know what Xmas is or means he's old enough to know it's something different and unwrap his presents himself. I'm really curious as to how he's going to react to his presents once he's opened them. Last year he opened them one at a time and after everyone he opened he wanted to play with it for half hour before he opened another one lol. It took us around 2hrs just to open about 10 presents instead of about 10 seconds!!! I probably won't update again now until either late Xmas day or boxing day. Have a lot to do and little time to do it all in so just in case we wish you all a very merry Christmas and happy 2008. xXx Vix & Family xXx
