I am SO stupid i can't believe it. I updated yesterday and it never occurred to me to tell you about our toilet training breakthrough with Taylor - Duh!!!
I posted not long since about him asking to go to the toilet and sitting there for ages not doing anything. He went to mums last weekend and went to her toilet and weed 1st time. I tried him here at home and he went 3 times in 2 hours and weed every time. I am SO proud of him. No luck since but he keeps asking to go, he just isn't doing anything. And also we have 2 new baby Hamsters. Brown one and a white one called Scrat and Angel. He loves them to bits and loves sticking his fingers in the cage then screaming and laughing when they come and lick his finger. Luckily we got them at the right age, they've been handled a lot and are very very friendly. Also very cute too. I'll post a picture when i can get them to sit still long enough to get them both lol.
He has been really good today since mum fetched him home at 4pm. She took him to McDonald's on way home and he ate nearly all of it. He got a mini Guess Who? game in his happy meal. He wouldn't let me show him how to play it properly, although pointless as he can't ask the right kind of questions. He was happy enough to let me put all the people in the stands saying their names as i was doing it and he copied me telling me who they were. He remembered 2 or 3 of their names after the 3rd time we did it, then he went to Tony for him to do it. After about 3/4 hour of doing that he decided it was time to be a pest and spotted his cups soaking in the sink and thought it was good fun to help wash them, he can just about reach the sink now, very awkward for us, we have to make sure at all times he's around there is no water at all in the washing up bowl or he has it everywhere and drowns himself and the floor and the sideboards. Finally managed to get him to bed about 8pm. He's watching Finding Nemo and i don't think he's going to be long before he's fast asleep.
Speaking of sleep. He's done very well for sleeping this week, although mum took him to hers Monday night as he kept us up all night Sunday and neither of us (me & Tony) got any sleep at all and was really tired and in bad moods. He slept great at her house - as ALWAYS and came home in a fantastic mood from Nursery Monday. He slept right through for us Tues, Weds & Thurs nights then was back at mums last night (Fri) so he's done really well this week and been a good week for all of us. xXx
