I'm going to have to STOP going shopping!! I spent a fortune again on Taylor today at Asda. I wanted to get him some new pants and top for my friend's baby's christening on 16th March. I ended up buying him some pants, top, jacket and a Sportacus suit (that's too big for him) I found some pants and a jacket with Sportacus on them but they only had aged 4-5 so i bought them anyway to put away for when we go on holiday in July (around his birthday) and when all said and done i used 'his' money!!! Technically i used MY money but his goes in on Tuesday so nothing lost!!! Dana's OK as she has her new party dress she got for Xmas so she can wear that. Taylor only has jeans and t-shirts. He has 3 jumpers but will very rarely wear them. I don't think he has a sensory issue with clothes i just don't think he likes them!!! Although he will NOT wear a shirt at all under any circumstances. Neither will he wear Pyjama's. He made me laugh last week, i forgot to blog about that. Last Wednesday while me & mum went to College my dad had Dana & Taylor. When we got back to mums Taylor was running around naked as usual. I persuaded him to put his Bob Builder PJ's on but he tried 3 times to take the top off. Every time i told him no he screamed and said "off now, dirty" (it wasn't) he went over to dads table next to his chair, got his cup of milk and both me and watched him. He put the cup to his mouth and tipped it up but deliberately kept his mouth closed and milk spilt all down his top. He grinned and said "uh oh, wet" and took his top off!!! So he won in the end, the cheeky monkey!!!As much as I'm looking forward to my friend's baby's christening (i am godmother) i am also dreading it because of Taylor. I can't see him wanting to sit still in Church throughout an almost hour long service!! I defy any child to sit quietly for an hour anywhere let alone in Church, Autistic or not!!! Should prove to be good fun lol.xXx
